U.S. swimmer Ron Karnaugh, whose father died of a heart attack Sunday night during the opening ceremony, continues to work out each day in preparation for his race Friday in the 200-meter individual medley.
“Business as usual,” said Karnaugh’s coach, Terry Stoddard.
Karnaugh is staying with his mother and sister at a hotel in Barcelona.
