Orange National Bancorp: The parent company of Orange National Bank said its earnings for the second quarter declined 36% to $141,000, or 35 cents a share, from $220,000, or 54 cents a share, for the comparable in 1991. Profits for the first half fell to $208,000, or 26 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or $1.36 a share. Midyear assets totaled $166.9 million, up 2% from $163.3 million a year earlier.
