Rebels Kill 18 Muslims

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka — Tamil rebels stopped a state-owned bus in eastern Sri Lanka on Wednesday, pulled the Muslim passengers from it and shot them, killing 18 and wounding five, a military spokesman said.
