Being a Watchdog at Norwalk City Hall

I would like to clarify for the record that, although the watchdog has been on crusade after crusade at City Hall, all of his facts have proved to be inaccurate and his accusations groundless. He has stated that he is satisfied his allegations have been resolved satisfactorily and that he only wants to keep City Hall on their toes.

This man’s wild goose chases have cost the citizens of Walnut thousands of dollars in staff time so he can “keep City Hall on their toes.” He has found a very costly way to reach a dubious goal when, again and again, he has been proved wrong. However, City Hall serves all citizens, and we will continue to assist this citizen in his never-ending search for information until we either run out of information or run out of money.
