Talk Talk: KCAL Channel 9’s new late-night talk show, “NightTalk With Jane Whitney,” begins Monday at 11:30 p.m. The syndicated Boston-based show featuring Whitney, a former news reporter and veteran talk-show host, will focus on current issues in the Oprah- and Donahue-style.
