WOOD ROOF BAN: The Burbank City Council on Tuesday night will consider a proposal by the city Fire Department that would require property owners with wood shingle roofs to replace them with less flammable roofing materials over the next 20 years. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 275 East Olive Ave.
WARNER CENTER: The Los Angeles Planning Commission will meet Thursday to review a proposed plan that would establish height and size limits for buildings and other development standards for Warner Center. The hearing will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Van Nuys Woman’s Club, 14836 Sylvan Street.
