INGRATES? Before Rep. Christopher Cox (R-Newport Beach) went to Congress, he worked on Supreme Court nominations for the Reagan White House. He’s not that happy now with all the results. Cox wrote in the Wall Street Journal this week that too often justices “abandon the principles of the Presidents who appointed them.” . . . Cox is angry that the court is dominated by eight Republican appointees but is still too liberal for his tastes. He cites the recent abortion decision.
