Barry, Kimball Receive $3,000 Scholarships

Giselle L. Barry and Gregory R. Kimball, graduating seniors at South Pasadena High School, have each received $3,000 scholarships from the Oneonta Club of South Pasadena.
Barry will attend UC Berkeley and Kimball UC San Diego.
The club also recognized Clarice Christensen as elementary teacher of the year and Casey Shotwell as secondary teacher of the year in the South Pasadena Unified School District.
Christensen has taught at Marengo Elementary School for 40 years. Shotwell is chairman of the English department at the high school.
The nonprofit Oneonta Club was founded in 1923.
