El Toro 2, Mission Viejo 1 (10 innings)--Tricia Bulkeley’s second double of the game scored Samantha Smithson with the winning run in the 10th. El Toro will play Foothill in the semifinals.
Foothill 2, Crescenta Valley 0--Leeann Gonzalez pitched a two-hitter and Melissa Wielandt and Kelley Green each drove in runs for the visiting Knights (24-7).
In a Division 1-A game:
Whittier Christian 11, Flintridge Prep 0--Shelley Thums scored four times, Cristin Crigler scored twice and drove in two runs and Debbie Goddu (18-2) pitched a one-hitter for the visiting Heralds (18-3).
