Quantum Acquires Firm: Quantum Health Resources Inc., an Orange provider of home support services to people with long-term chronic disorders, has acquired Factor Care Plus Inc. in exchange for 235,000 Quantum Health common shares.
Quantum Health’s stock closed Monday at $21.50 a share, which would put the acquisition price at $5.05 million.
