Bartlett to Coach Girls Against Chinese
Huntington Beach girls’ basketball Coach Nick Bartlett has been selected to coach a group of 12 players at an international tournament July 21-31 in Beijing.
Among the 12 players are Huntington Beach’s Tuesda Wistrick, Nicole Featherstone, Monica Geraci, Erin Link, Stephanie Richter and Jean Schnacker.
Costa Mesa will be represented by Memory Barlett, Erin Brown, Jenny Curtis and April Van Sweden. Players are still being sought for two remaining spots on the roster.
The trip will also feature sightseeing visits to the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Mao Square and Tianamen Square.
