Legal File: Country singer Clint Black filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against his former manager, Bill Ham, for fraud, deceit, undue influence and breach of contract. The suit alleges that Ham failed to abide by the financial terms established in his contract and that he misled and cheated Black out of substantial royalty payments. . . . Encino neighbors of Smokey Robinson have filed a $750,000 suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the entertainer over a tree that fell in their yard in 1991 and an alleged “spite fence” they claim was erected to annoy them.
