Flamemaster’s Net Income Increases 24% in Quarter

Flamemaster Corp. said net income for its fiscal second quarter rose 24%, to $210,659 from $169,856 a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 10%, to $1.4 million from $1.27 million.
The Sun Valley maker of coatings and sealants said that for the six months ended March 31, net income climbed 65% to $367,782 and revenue increased 19% to $2.63 million. For the same period a year earlier, Flamemaster earned $223,424 on revenue of $2.2 million.
