‘Oprah’ in L.A.: Oprah Winfrey will host a special L.A. edition of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” focusing on the aftermath of the verdict in the Rodney King case. The show will be taped at ABC studios here today and will air locally on KABC Channel 7 at 3 p.m., and nationally on Tuesday. The program will be the fifth in Winfrey’s series about racism in America.
