CAMARILLO : Water Board Names General Manager
Camrosa Water District board members appointed a new general manager Tuesday to replace the former manager who left the district in March under pressure from the newly elected board.
Richard Hajas, assistant general manager for Casitas Municipal Water District, was selected from a pool of 88 candidates who were recruited by Norman Roberts & Associates Inc., a Los Angeles recruiting firm.
Hajas’ annual salary will be $81,000, or $7,000 more than former manager Gina Manchester made before she resigned March 18.
