VENTURA : Bank Robber Uses Note; No Gun Seen
A Bank of America office in Ventura was robbed Saturday morning, police said. No one was hurt, and police have no suspects.
A man entered the bank in the 2000 block of East Main Street about 11:30 a.m., and handed a teller a demand note that said he had a gun, police said. No weapon was seen, and the robber fled with an undetermined amount of money, police said.
