Campbell “Adrenalizes”: Guitarist Vivian Campbell will make his live debut with the British group Def Leppard at “A Concert for Life,” the Freddie Mercury tribute, in London on Monday. The group’s “Adrenalize” album came out in the No. 1 spot this week. The band’s original guitarist, Steve Clark, died of an alcohol overdose in January, 1991.
