FRENCH CANADIAN CONCERT

Two musical groups, La Bottine Souriante and D.L. Menard and the Louisiana Aces, currently touring together as Acadian/Canadian, will perform French Canadian and French cajun music in concert at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
La Bottine Souriante, known in Quebec for their French Canadian dance rhythms, perform with guitar, accordion, sandolin, fiddle, acoustic bass and piano. D.L. Menard and the Louisiana Aces will perform the cajun music of the French Acadian bayou.
Tickets are $26, $22 and $18. For reservations, call the arts center box office at 748-0505. The arts center is at 15498 Espola Road in Poway.
