MTV Networks has named Rick Levy to the new position of senior vice president, syndication sales. Levy, who previously headed his own Levy TV Marketing Inc. firm, will be responsible for directing all MTV Networks’ New York-based barter syndication business. MTV Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom Inc., operates MTV, VH-1 and Nickelodeon cable TV networks.
