The Envelope, Please: And now, there are even more Emmy Awards. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has approved a new category for voice-over actors and actresses, and also split the outstanding drama/comedy special and miniseries category into two separate awards: outstanding made-for-television movie and outstanding miniseries. The changes were among several announced for the prime-time Emmys, effective immediately.
