Kudos for ‘Grand Canyon’: Lawrence Kasdan’s “Grand Canyon” won the Berlin Film Festival’s Golden Bear award for best picture Monday, topping some 330 feature, short, documentary and children’s films from 42 countries. Seven Silver Bear trophies were also given out, to five European, one Asian and one Chilean film. . . . And in the French equivalent of the Oscars, “Tous les Matins du Monde” (All the Mornings in the World), a French film about a 17th-Century musician, picked up seven Cesars, including best film, director and supporting actress. Belgium’s “Toto le Heros” was named best foreign film, beating out “Dances With Wolves,” “Silence of the Lambs,” “Thelma & Louise” and “Alice.”
