Make Her Day: The supermarket tabloid the Globe has agreed to print an apology to Doris Day for a story last summer that claimed the actress lived like “a bizarre bag lady.” The apology will appear in the Feb. 25 issue. Day had sued the Globe for $25 million in August over the story that said she has turned into a semi-recluse who forages in trash cans for food for her dogs.
