Police Violence

Another youth has died at the hands of San Diego law enforcement. No doubt Dist. Atty. Edwin Miller will decide the violence was justified--reinforcing this behavior. As a San Diego resident, not only must I live in fear of law enforcement officers, but my tax dollars will be spent on (another) multimillion-dollar lawsuit.
I propose that law enforcement salaries be paid from a fixed pool of funds, with police crime victim settlements being paid from the pool. When it directly affects their salaries, perhaps law enforcement will police themselves. We certainly know “Rubber Stamp” Miller won’t.
