President Plans Visit to Housing Development

WASHINGTON — President Bush will visit a housing construction project in Belcamp, Md., todayto promote the real estate aspects of his recovery plan, the White House said Thursday. Bush, in his State of the Union address, proposed a $5,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers and new breaks for real estate investors.
