Chinese New Year Parade Postponed for a Week

The Chinese New Year Golden Dragon Parade scheduled for this Saturday in Chinatown has been postponed a week because of the continuing bad weather.
The parade and community carnival have been rescheduled for Feb. 22 as part of the celebrations for “The Year of the Monkey.”
