Rogers on Tap: Film star Ginger Rogers is scheduled to attend tonight’s opening of “Vivacious Lady: A Weekend With Ginger Rogers,” a four-day mini-festival being staged by American Cinematheque at the Directors Guild Theater. A 7:30 p.m. screening of “Roxie Hart” (1942) will be followed by a conversation between Rogers and film critic Leonard Maltin. Additional Rogers films will be screened Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon. American Cinematheque is a nonprofit group that celebrates the motion picture.
