Back Home: Carlos Santana will return to his hometown of Tijuana for his first show there in 27 years on March 21. The guitarist, who first gained national attention from his performance at Woodstock, will perform in the city’s 17,000-seat bull ring. A portion of the proceeds from the $10 general admission ticket price will go to charities aiding children living in the Baja. The show will be produced by the San Diego-based Bill Silva Presents, and tickets will go on sale Saturday.
