Eric Forkel of Chatsworth won his first Professional Bowlers Assn. title when he rolled three strikes in the final frame of the $145,000 Flagship City Open at Erie, Pa. Forkel beat Dave Husted of Milwaukie, Ore., in the final game, 204-192, to earn the $27,000 first prize.
