Main concourse suites are on sale for $36,000 to $46,000 a year. They seat 10 to 14 people and include wet bar, closed-circuit cable TV, special menus and phone service. The catch is, if the arena, to open in mid-1993, lures a professional sports team, officials reserve the right to up the price of your box.
