Eric Lindros has no intention of suing the NHL and comments to that effect probably were made out of frustration, Lindros’ lawyer said.
Gordon Kirke responded to a newspaper report in which Lindros said a lawsuit to challenge the NHL’s draft process was being prepared and would be filed before next year.
