Miller Time: There were mixed results for Monday’s debut of “The Dennis Miller Show,” the late-night show starring the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member. The premiere drew a 2.4 rating in the 25 major cities, according to the A.C. Nielsen Co., while an Arsenio Hall rerun had a 3.5, the same as new shows the past two Mondays. In Los Angeles, Miller’s show on KTLA Channel 5 at 11:30 p.m. beat out the last half hour of the Hall rerun but lost viewers as the hour grew later.
