Pasadena : Compost Demonstrations
Composting demonstrations, sponsored by the city, are scheduled for the next three Saturdays to teach residents how to reuse yard trimmings such as leaves and grass clippings to create compost.
Demonstrations will be at 10 a.m. at the following locations:
* Saturday at Brookside Park, 360 N. Arroyo Blvd.
* Feb. 1 at Laurels and Mansions, 1951 E. Colorado Blvd.
* Feb. 8 at Memorial Park, 85 E. Holly St.
