Glendale : New Police Chief to Speak

James Anthony, sworn in Tuesday as Glendale police chief, will appear at his first public forum in the city today at City Hall.
Councilman Larry Zarian, host of the monthly forums, said he asked the chief to talk and answer questions about laws, gang activity, drug problems and other concerns.
The forum will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in the City Council chambers at 613 E. Broadway.
