A man suspected of brandishing a semiautomatic pistol at another motorist on northbound Interstate 15 during a rainstorm was arrested, authorities said.
A spokeswoman for the California Highway Patrol said the man at whom the gun was brandished “flashed his bright lights at the other car because he felt the driver was tying up traffic” about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of I-15 and Poway Road.
