A bomb shattered windows in a Hammond apartment complex, and an investigator said the device resembled four others set off recently. No one was injured in the latest blast. Three other bombings have occurred in Hammond and another in nearby Highland, Ind., since Dec. 23, but no motive has emerged. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms tests found the four earlier explosions may have been set by the same person.
