Escaped Murderer Is Captured at Kin’s Home

HUGO, Okla. — A convicted murderer who escaped from jail three months ago and is under investigation for four killings in New Mexico, Kentucky and Tennessee was captured Thursday at his brother’s home, authorities said. Michael St. Clair was apprehended without incident, an FBI spokesman said.
