Luncheon With Mr. C: Perry Como’s tour bus broke down Monday off the Pennsylvania Turnpike, so the singer hitched a ride with state troopers to a restaurant 60 miles away where he spent time talking with the lunch crowd and signing autographs. Como was traveling from Hershey to do a show in Pittsburgh.
