GOP BLISS? Republican developer Kathryn Thompson, unhappy with George Bush on the economy, rankled party leaders with her political event last week for Democratic presidential candidate Bill Clinton. But Republican U.S. Sen. John Seymour, running to retain his appointed seat, still considers her a campaign plus. She will introduce Seymour at an economic Town Hall meeting in Aliso Viejo today. A Seymour spokeswoman says despite her foray across party lines, “that doesn’t affect her support for other Republicans.”
