Enamored of Elderhostel

I was asked by a friend to travel with her on an (Elderhostel program) this year. I was a bit hesitant but signed up for one at the University of Arizona in Nogales for a week of classes on the American Indians.
I cannot say enough for these programs; the instructors were excellent, the outside trips interesting, the hotel very nice, the meals good. Most of all I enjoyed the people that I met. They came from all over the U.S., all from different walks of life but with a common interest.
How well did I like the first one? I am now confirmed on a trip in March to spend a week at a trading post on the Navajo Reservation. I am also hoping to be accepted to another program in the spring at the Chicago Art Museum.
Not only are those programs interesting, educational and fun, the cost is so reasonable you can’t afford to stay at home.
