Two more secret videotapes taken of a Nevada Las Vegas conditioning class were released, with an Oct. 10 tape showing assistant basketball coach Keith Starr instructing players in defending an inbounds pass and running a fast break with an imaginary ball. NCAA regulations don’t allow basketball practice until Oct. 15. UNLV legal counsel Brad Booke, who authorized the secret taping, said the university is deciding what penalty to recommend for the apparent violation.
