Love for Lucy: A life-size bronze statue of Lucille Ball will be unveiled Monday at 7 p.m. at the Television Academy Hall of Fame Plaza in North Hollywood. The ceremony will be followed by a retrospective, hosted by comedienne Diane Nichols, where clips from Ball’s TV series will be shown and friends and associates will reminisce about her career. Ball’s likeness will be positioned near the academy’s 27-foot Emmy statue and alongside sculptures of other academy Hall of Fame inductees.
