Covina : Bike Racks for Rail Station

The city plans to build 40 bicycle racks at the controversial commuter rail station, which will begin operations in October, 1992.
The City Council on Tuesday approved a resolution giving the engineering department approval to solicit $15,000 in county transportation funds for the racks.
The Los Angeles County Transportation Commission is planning to build a commuter rail line from downtown Los Angeles to San Bernardino.
In September, over objections from some residents, the council voted to let the commission build the station.
