Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of home health-care services reported net income for the third quarter of $3.4 million, or 21 cents per share, contrasted with a net loss of $1.4 million, or a 10-cent loss per share, for the 1990 third quarter. Revenue was up 50%, to $30.2 million from $20.2 million. For the nine months, net income totaled $8.9 million, or 55 cents per share, on revenue of $82.3 million. For the year-earlier period, Tokos recorded a net loss of $679,000, or 5 cents per share, on revenue of $56.7 million. During the third quarter of 1991, Tokos acquired all outstanding shares of Medical Resource Management Inc. of Greenville, S.C., as well as all equity interests in the businesses managed by Medical Resource Management.
