U.S. Appeals Judge Named

WASHINGTON — President Bush has announced his selection of Terrence W. Boyle, a North Carolina federal court judge, to be a judge on the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Boyle has been a U.S. district judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina since 1984.
