Saugus 27, St. Francis 6--Saugus (3-2) overcame a sluggish first half to roll past the Knights (2-3) at St. Francis.
Running back David Doyle scored on runs of 13 and three yards as the Centurions, who led only, 7-6, with 4:55 left in the third quarter, pulled away.
Running back Chris Johnson led Saugus with 109 yards and a touchdown in 17 carries. Quarterback Bobby Cowan completed seven of 14 passes for 95 yards and scored a touchdown.
