Whittier Christian 28, Mary Star 0--Jacob Cuccia scored three touchdowns and rushed for 188 yards in 21 carries as Whittier Christian (4-1) cruised at Daniels Field in San Pedro.
Cuccia scored on a 67-yard run on the first play from scrimmage and later on runs of 14 and three yards.
Aaron Meschuk also scored for Whittier Christian after Chad Callahan’s 34-yard pass to John Mikucki moved the Heralds to the one.
