FALLOUT: Myron Orleans, a Cal State Fullerton sociologist who appeared with his ex-wife on a new TV show (E1), has studied stepfathers and their success with stepchildren. . . . “We thought that the more involved the stepfather, the more positive their experience would be,” he says. “On the contrary, we found that stepfathers who stay cool, let the children take the lead, were the most satisfied. . . .
