Party Time: The producers of “Northern Exposure” have agreed to let their actors hoist a brew to help a zoo. The plan is to stage an event at which patrons would pay to have a Moosehead Beer or two with actors from “Northern Exposure.” Proceeds would help build a $36,000 exhibit for two moose the state Department of Wildlife gave Spokane’s Walk in the Wild Zoo in June.
