California’s economy cannot afford the tremendous burden caused by the importation of Third World poverty. Unless this issue is addressed and illegal immigration is not only stopped, but reversed, California will continue its inexorable spiral into economic oblivion.
Unless a real war is declared on gang-related crime in the Los Angeles/Orange counties area, other Times proposals such as mass transit are meaningless.
