CORPORATE AID: Athletics depend on business. The Southern Section of the California Interscholastic Federation gets $100,000 from Reebok and $20,000 from Pepsi Cola each year; Ford, Wilson Sporting Goods, Jack-in-the-Box and Gatorade bring in another $350,000. . . . Commissioner Stan Thomas said: “We realize that the economic atmosphere is not strong; corporate sponsorship is getting more difficult to secure.”
